We believe in foraging locally for our fruits and vegetables whenever possible. By finding the best in local produce from small producers, we believe we can offer more flavorful and fresher selections. We also believe in supporting the community and independent farmers. We want a name and a story behind what we offer. When it's not available locally, we look for the highest quality, minimally processed fruits and vegetables. The organic farming community in this country uses the same high standards as we do, and we believe in buying organic when possible.
